Pascal Stolz, Co-Founder and CEO
A seasoned technology entrepreneur, Pascal co-founded ITNetworks™, SA in 2006. He brings more than 25 years of experience in domestic and international operations and marketing to his role as the company’s CEO. Prior to ITNetworks™, Pascal held various executive positions at technology companies including Microsoft, where he served as the WorldWide Government Managing Director, Gravitate, where he held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing, and Network Commerce’s VP of Corporate Marketing.
Before his venture into high tech, Pascal was Worldwide Vice President of Marketing for Cobra Golf, Inc. where he helped transform the company from a niche player to a company that appealed to mainstream audiences, which paved the way to a $750 milion acquistion by Fortune Brands. Pascal started his career in the United States at Taylor Made Golf Company where he introduced the renowned Burner Bubble, which propelled the company to a new status in the industry. Pascal earned an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in International Business from EPSCI, France.
Malcolm Hutchinson, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman
Australian- born Malcolm brings a proven track record of success to his role as ITNetworks™’ Executive Chairman. Malcolm was the CEO of WISeKey, a world leader in authenticated secure identity management technologies and services which he co-founded. Prior to WiseKey, Malcolm co-founded CORE Option Pty Ltd, an Australian company specializing in smartcard applications for authenticating individuals for business and payment systems, which was merged with InfoMat Systems Australia in 1994 where he became one of its major shareholders and Executive Director. InfoMat Systems, which was acquired in 1999 by Beethoven Computers, was one of the first Microsoft Solutions Providers. In the public sector in Australia, Malcolm Hutchinson held positions such as Deputy City Manager of the City of Richmond; National Executive Director of the Institute of Municipal Management and Chief Executive of the City of Kew. Malcolm is currently a non-executive member of a number of companies and an advisor to many major multinational IT companies. Malcolm holds a degree in Business Information Technology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia having majored in law and information technology. He is a sought after guest lecturer in business management at the Australian National University in Canberra and RMIT.

Lynn Brewer is a former Enron executive and author of “Confessions of an Enron Executive: A Whistleblower's Story”, a riveting account of her career at Enron and her decision to blow the whistle. In her nearly three years at Enron, Lynn was responsible for Risk Management in Energy Operations, the e-Commerce initiatives for Enron's water subsidiary, and Competitive Intelligence for Enron Broadband Services. Today, Lynn is the Founding Chairman and CEO of The Integrity Institute, Inc., which independently assesses and certifies corporate integrity at the request of organizations for the benefit of their stakeholders.
Charles Porter is the former managing partner CIO/CTO for Accenture Technology Infrastructure Services (ATIS), where he was responsible for IT Operations, Architecture, Technology Direction, and Product Definition for Accenture's infrastructure outsourcing practice. Charles currently serves as an Independent Board Member and a Board Advisor to a number of Early Stage Companies. He is also a board member for Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Center and Gonzaga University’s Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program..
Bill Price is Founder & President of Driva Solutions, LLC, a specialty consulting firm for the contact center industry. While at McKinsey & Company, Bill created MCI's Call Center Services (CCS) division and was the first Vice President of Global Customer Service at Amazon, where he was responsible for the company’s customer service activities including managing contact centers in the US, Europe, Japan, and India.
Rowland Hanson is CEO & Co-Founder of www.HansonMaslenGroup.com. Prior to consulting, Rowland was Vice President of Corporate Communications at Microsoft, where he created and executed the company's highly acclaimed branding strategy which included the market introduction of Microsoft's most popular product-a graphical interface that he named "Windows."
Tom Cole is President and Chief Executive Officer of RDA Corp (USA), a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Java technologies expert providing custom application and software development services for all types of businesses.
