Terms of Service

Below is an explanation of our services and what you can expect from your subscription to ITNetworks.

Your subscription entitles the company to the services highlighted in the subscription table and to the extent of the description of the services as provided.  

Duration. Your subscription is for 12 consecutive months from the date of subscription and can be renewed annually.  You will be notified three months, two month, fifteen days and seven days before the expiration of your subscription.  Should you choose not to renew your subscription on the anniversary date you will have 30 days to complete your renewal before losing access to all services. 

Accuracy of Information. It is your responsibility to keep your information current, accurate and up to date in our systems.  Of particular importance is your company's email contact address and other business information we may need to use to contact you. You must also adjust your spam blocker software to accept email from our server. We cannot reply to Spam Blocker requests for verification. If our email system receives returned mail from your email address, we will attempt one additional delivery and one other mean of contact using publicly available information on your website.

Refunds. ITNetworks offers an unconditional guarantee provided that Subscriber hasn't benefited from any of the services for which the Subscriber has received financial incentives either from ITNetworks or any of the participating vendors. These incentives include any Buyer referrals that Subscriber has received.  Refunds are also conditional on Subscriber's completion of the Dissatisfied Subscriber Feedback Survey.

Guarantees. ITNetworks guarantees that the financial incentives promoted on the site will be awarded according to the terms of the offer as described. However, there is no guarantee that you will receive any specific number of referrals or leads from our ITProMatch™ service during your subscription period.

Business Relationship. As a Subscriber you agree that you are an individual business entity. ITNetworks reserves the right to reject any subscription application.
